My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

New laundry room- the only things in this room will be LG washer and dryer. Above the appliances, will be cabinets in Sherwin Williams Downing Slate. Considering Sherwin Williams Site White for the walls and trim ( different sheen) or SW extra White for trim. I would do the ceiling in flat site white at 25%
