help with tile choices

Warning I have posted already about this same small bathroom - but now I am narrowing it down to tile choices.

I decided to go very simple/classic.

White porcelain pedestal sink, chrome fixtures, glass shower door, frameless medicine cabinet.

I think I should do the same tile for shower floor and bathroom floor (maybe a smaller and bigger hex?)

Any suggestions?

I’m thinking of perhaps just white subway tile on the shower walls, or maybe a light blue polished ceramic tile.

Would love ideas/thoughts.

In case anyone looks back at this post or searches for small bathroom, I just want to showcase what we ended up doing.

We kept it very simple. Picked white tile for shower walls with a subtle pattern for interest. Grey tiles with a little texture in 2” for shower floor and matching field floor. All fixtures are gleaming simple chrome. We maximized storage with a recessed medicine cabinet and another cabinet over the toilet which is wall mounted but we had our contractor recess it (the space is 6” deep), and went with a simple pedestal sink. We did a custom glass shower door and we had limited options due to the space and one of the walls being an outside wall.

I am very happy with it. Now I just need a little color (towels) and I’m thinking of putting some small art on either side of the window.

Looks good - there are so many colors that you can add to the bathroom based upon the tiles you selected. You will be able to change things up easily by changing accessories!

What color are you planning on using as an accent?
