I don't know. Try removing the small rug under the ottoman first. Then step back and get another picture with the chair and sectional.

The small rug isn’t going to stay. We are redoing the floor in another room currently and just layed it down to get it out of the way

You have two posts going about this same question. I agree with the answers that you've already received on the other post - I don't think the chair works. The white in the chair fabric seems to be too bright when it's next to the cream background of the rug.

Yes you can! you have white trim and the chair has white background, white window sheers….so you need to add more whites and neutrals into the room..it just needs balance..your rug is very pretty and your wall color works very well…add texture and neutrals!
