Penny tile misaligned in one spot

So you think this warrants a fix? all the tile is aligned except for this strip where it looks like a line is cut across my tile floor

The whole floor would bother me. Unfortunately this is not a quality job in my opinion- have you paid in full? In an excellent install, you should not see any indication of the individual sheets of tile.

If you installed as a homeowner It was a good attempt with a tricky material. If you paid for this the ‘professional’ owes you a new floor plus the materials to do it.

Poor quality material. Poor quality job. I’d be REEALLY worried if they touched any wet areas. Full redo of anything this lowball guy touched. Different materials. Different tiler.

This is not remotely acceptable. If it were me, I would not hire the same person to fix it.

Penny rounds are the hardest to install, and -- yeah -- your guy dropped the ball.

On the other hand, this is in front of a sink. You're going to lay a bath mat over it anyway. Honestly, I'd push for a refund but wouldn't fix.
