Yes to hardware on these--we just installed new doors almost just like yours and used black faux hinges and handles. I love carriage-style garage doors.

I want to confirm that others who have doors without the hardware, don't think the doors look naked or unfinished. I personally don't care for the hardware as there is no purpose to it. Also, the shutters are coming off.

It’s your choice. I think they look better with the hardware, but if you don’t, you shouldn’t care what others think.

those shutters do NOT need to be removed. perhaps painted to match. but dont remove them otherwise you just have a little black box.

Order one set of the hardware, and do a comparison, you can always return them!

No to the hardware. The doors look great as they are. I'd consider painting the shutters to match the door. The current faded color looks bad.

Keep the shutters? I agree yes they def need painting, We have shutters on the front of the house painted a very deep green. Also I am not knocking hardware on this door style but I think I like them as is, sans hardware. Thanks !

Live with them awhile and then decide. You can always add later.
