You might do better getting graph paper and doing a layout of the space, and plotting in furniture layout with dimensions. While a sectional looks nice they’re not always practical since no arm rests in the middle. You might like 2 sofas for flexibility. How many are you wanting to seat comfortably?

Well you do not have 6 seats honestly unless you love sitting all squished together and the one you has 4 squished together . I dilsike sectionals for a couple of reasons . #1 very site specific and rarely ever fit when you move. #2 the least number of comfy seats ever arm rests = comfort so really 2 people get one arm rest. IMO useless expensive seating . Why not a sofa and 2 chairs that gives you 5 seats 4 of which are really comfy or 2 soafas that gives you 4 comfy seats and 6 in a pinch . Placed in a corner like a sectional but so much more adaptable .

Sectional is 10ft long, so you have 8 1/2 ft remaining, so should work.

Yes, they do get used by 3 people when needed,bur nobody gravitates to the centre seat when there’s an available armrest.

Is placing the sectional up against the wall an option or do the windows extend to the ground?
