Love the paper. I think it looks fine with floor because the pattern is neutral enough to add other pattern & especially large pattern as on the paper. I would say I know it looks fine with floor if I could see more of the room. 😁

Thanks for the comments. Here is the rest of the half bath/ powder room. The floor extends into the nearby entryway.

@Dar Nelson If you do use the wallpaper the air vent above toilet won’t be so noticeable because the pattern will catch the eye. For that wallpaper I’d want to either replace with a black vent or paint it black - match to black in paper. Cover the outlets with the paper too or change out to black ones. I’d also remove that towel bar from side wall. I don’t know why those get stuck in powder rooms & so far from sink. It’s not like it’s needed for a large bath towel. Hang a towel ring type holder for hand towel to right of sink.

The wallpaper r repeat is 20" so it will be a more busy pattern than illustrated above by lisedv.

You can buy a wall mount towel bar that goes around/under the pedestal sink, Lowe’s has them by American Standard.

It's a powder room for a lot of traffic and guests. Put a decorative BOX of paper hand towel on the top of the toilet lid. Less wash,, fewer GERMS especially at this time of year. I will not touch a hand towel in a powder room. I grab a bit of tp.sorry. Just too gross, especially in homes with kids.

Add a soap PUMP for same reason

I have a hanging towel for family plus cloth guest towels (one use and wash) plus paper towels (Kleenex style pop up box).

I am ordering the wayfair wallpaper —The second choice Jan showed because I like that one. I think it will bring all the elements together and provide some color and interest in a powder room.

I am taking down that long towel bar because I never use it.
