Why haven't advanced tests become the norm by now?

last year

Why haven't non-invasive tests become the norm rather than the exception by now? It's like the entrenched system has for decades been holding everyone back from advancing toward a truly effective and non-barbaric system. For example, "virtual endoscopy" which isn't invasive to those with already-inflamed esophagus.
By comparison, standard endoscopies can be damaging. See: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/205752#2
And there's so many other advanced methods which have been prevented from taking hold.
P.S. I suppose this will be brushed aside, but can elites & trolls kindly refrain from replying here? (Hint: Elites are those who condescend, or act "puzzled", as if issues beyond their own experiences are of minor concern. I've observed that a significant amount of houzz members have that mentality, so consider this post to be addressing a small minority of you, such as maybe one or two.)
