Why haven't non-invasive tests become the norm rather than the exception by now? It's like the entrenched system has for decades been holding everyone back from advancing toward a truly effective and non-barbaric system. For example, "virtual endoscopy" which isn't invasive to those with already-inflamed esophagus.

(Hint: Elites are those who condescend, or act "puzzled", as if issues beyond their own experiences are of minor concern.
