Anything is possible. You have 4 holes in your counter right now. and you will be installing a faucet that needs one hole, so yes, your counter will be impacted. You have several options on how you are going to deal with that. The easiest way to change out this faucet is to choose another 4 handle set-up, but you can also just use an escutcheon to cover the extra holes. If you have solid surface counters you can possibly have the holes repaired.

Ugh, no ugly escutcheon. HD and Lowes sell stainless discs that will cover the holes, without doing harm to the counter.

If it were me, I’d install the single lever pull down faucet where the faucet spout sits now. Fill one hole with a soap dispenser, and another with a filtered water dispenser…leaving just one hole covered by a disc.

I can’t find your previous thread, but I think you’re getting the same answers as before? Is there something else going on, that makes the faucet replacement not straightforward?

Escutcheon to cover the extra holes-nothing wrong with escutcheons and I personally would leave the one on the right for soap container. Better then having dish soap on the counter.

You either get a new faucet and an 8 inch matching finish deck plate and a disc for the spray

Or you get three discs and a new faucet

OR? You make the spray hole into an air switch button for the garbage disposal, or add a SOAP pump., instead of the air switch button

You have this , essentially. Cover up, or get new counter top. Pick a poison...and this is cheaper of course.

Replace your sink with one that has a faucet deck. Now you can have any faucet you please with no repaired holes:

It depends upon the solution you choose. If you replace your sink with one with a faucet deck, their will be no visible faucet hole repairs as all the holes are removed. As to how well a filled faucet hole appears, that depends upon the color, movement (if any), and particulates of your particular countertop. In your case, I'd keep the center hole, fill the left and right, and put a soap dispenser in the far right.

Remember, you're looking at this from 5" away. No one does that.

Options for you to consider. These will cover all the holes.

Thank you for the replies! I could not find my original post…I know how annoying dulpicates can be.. I absolutely do not want to replace the sink because everything is basically new, and I cannot justify the expense . I will eventually replace the pendants over the island, will replace the fixture over the dining table. Many people would consider my plan to be crazy, but these things are NOT to myl liking . I might add that the sprayer that came with this sink was apparently made by Mattel.

lol…unfortunately, side sprayers rarely work well. Had one in our former home. It was the bane of my existence.
