Or you can remodel the bookcase area and then be able to install a much larger TV screen.

Remove a shelf. A good edit minimize the visual clutter. the tiny side tables add clutter, one larger table between the chairs might be more useful. I'd try the bookcase unit next to the patio doors. What happened to the curtains on the windows?
