It would weigh 600-1000 lbs in various solid materials. When you get to the size you want, custom tile is the only real choice.

Cheap icky plastic that scratches and looks stained? Forget it. There is zero reason to avoid a custom tile shower unless you insist on hiring hacks that don’t know how to waterproof and have no ventilation.

Try Onyx Collection - not sure if links are allowed here, but you can Google it. They do custom size/configuration bases. We used them for our shower base in our previous home and were very satisfied.

I don’t get this thing for cultured marble with a marketing name. Corian, sure. Other than it is very expensive and very heavy. It will require multiple skilled labor people to set something like that. Tile will be cheaper. And with a good high quality grout, it will be trouble free.

After all research and suggestions we decided to go with a tile shower floor and solid surface walls. The walls come in sheets so not as heavy as a floor would be. Customization of a solid surface shower floor would have been quite expensive and difficult because we wanted a single 36” pivot door instead of sliding glass doors so the threshold would have to have been custom. Our contractor said we could choose up to a 6x 6 tile for the shower floor.

You could get a Corian base through Encompass shower bases in Colorado. Mine is beautiful.
