Linda, I just had a peek @ 'High Voltage' on the HL and it sure looks like a better guess than 'Amalia', which has a wavy edge to it and that's not very evident in the NOID.

Don't think it's 'Undulata'. While it's hard to judge size from a picture it looks to have larger leaves than the plant in front of it. HV is a better fit in that respect.

Maybe Miss America? Chodai nishiki (On Stage) would be another guess if older plant. If it were CN/OS, I would be jealous.

Thanks UTOG! Had a peek at 'Miss America' and it is more a streaker than a medio-variegated one but Choko Nishiki/On Stage looks to be a good match! Thanks again!
