Help with floors and layout

Hi we are closing on this home next month and need help with furniture placement and floors. i really only need/want one dining area. Should i make the big living room area a lr/dr. what can I do with the area of kitchen .I have a big farmhouse table for family holidays and a couple of white sofas. I like farmhouse coastal design. we also have a bar(not sure if we can use it at this house) We also want to do the floors in wide plank pergo. Any color suggestions

The best way to help us help you is for you to give us the actual dimensions of the space in question. That means a drawing with the measurements clearly identified. Doors and windows should also be marked.

If the floors in the new house are currently in good shape, why do you want to remove them to replace them with wide plank pergo? The current floors look good to me!

Im hoping to get the dimensions during inspection. The floors in living area in person are some kind of lanolium with almost a sparkle .we are keeping the ones in the kitchen area for now
