help needed for pendants to pair with chandelier

This chandelier (27" diameter) will be going in our dining room which is adjacent to our 6' long kitchen peninsula. I would like guidance selecting 2 pendants for above the nearby peninsula. The chandelier is a complex design and I'm having a difficult time figuring out what elements to mimic in the pendants. (I read that you're going for "sisters" rather than "twins"!) My kitchen cabinets are flat front white oak with black hardware. I'm going for a light and airy look with the pendants as to not take away from the chandelier. My style is clean lines, modernish. Shall I mimic the cylinder shape of the wood, rather than try to match the globe shape? Shall I go with matte brass or black finish? I'm thinking clear glass, so as not to complete with the beige glass globes on the chandelier. I would love your ideas!!! Help! Also, these are the bar stools that will be at the peninsula - kind of a playful addition. You can also see my palate and materials below.

For me the DR fixture very MCM the stools not so much so I guess I would do a glass cylinder light not clear and brass like the light in the DR

What about any of these? The top one is 7" diameter. Second one is 8". Bottom one is 7". Thanks!

Here are pendants with similar styling. I personally would not use any of the fixtures shown on this page in a home, but that's your decision. They are decidedly all MCM and your selections for the room are not.

I like the third option posted by srval7. It has the brass and cylindrical shape of the DR chandelier, and the linen shade, in my view, bridges your MCM and French bistro vibes. The first one also looks nice but clear glass can create a harsh light.

I too think the third one you posted with the linen shade is really nice. It bridges the chandelier and the bistro chairs. It is classy, minimal but not sleek. The first two you posted are ubiquitous and look a dime a dozen from any Home Depot. The third one looks really special. Go for it - IF... you have a good hood and they are not too near range oil and steam.

Agree third pendant, but the stools feel very forced - a bit off with the whole flavor and a lot Serena and Lily meets West Elm.

Thank you all for your input. I really appreciate it! I'm adding another option that was suggested at a lighting store. I think I'm leaning toward the fabric cylinder pendant though, so as not to have the color of the glass compete with the with chandelier globes. It's difficult when I don't have the pieces in person!

Do you own the chandelier? Because those amber shades worry me as well........And there are millions of lights out there!

Look up comments on Houzz for those Serena & Lily stools. I remember someone commenting that they weren't comfortable or durable.
