We are doing a kitchen remodel and must pick a range hood insert for over the 30" Bosch gas cook top. Prefer not to go wider than 30" with the range hood cabinet. We are considering (1) Zephyr Tornado II (link-Z) and (2) the Bosch 800 series (link-B). I like the Zephry capacity (1000 CFM) and warranty (10 years parts, 1 year labor), but Zephyr is new to me. The Bosch is 600 CFM and 1 year. I've had good experience with my Bosch dishwasher and Bosch seems to be a good brand. Google AI searches suggest some quality issues with Zephyr. I could use some knowledgable advice. Thoughts? John Z
