They are usually custom, and you will have to have a fixed tempered glass panel on the interior for a couple reasons- glass in a shower and risk of shower water and soap damaging the expansive stained glass window. Be very careful detailing everything so you don’t introduce water into your wall system.

Replace your glass block window with tempered glass window and then add static cling window film. Many different varieties and styles, cut to fit.

There is nothing to be seen with the glass "cubes" You can just do a stained glass piece to hang if that is the look you like . I have pixelated glass doors on all my bathroom and bedroom doors you see nothing through them but they allow natural light into my hall Glass block was the choice for the same reason. I have no idea of your style but the window you show as a choice in no way obscures any better . I happen to love art deco and glass blocks were a real part of that often so what is your plan and style for the space .

Yes, it will be custom. You purchase a plain window and then insert the leaded/stained glass on the inside. We did it with our bathroom:

Google "glazier/leaded glass/art glass/stained glass near me" and you should find someone to do the work. It won't be inexpensive.

If you want something more cost-effective, you could get frosted or some other obscure glass. Andersen makes them, and probably other window companies also offer this option.
