Wall to wall mirror - where do I go from here?

We have this wall to wall mirror in our living room around a fireplace. Thinking of taking it down but want to have a plan for it. For now we put a picture over a large crack.The benefit of the mirror is that it does make the room feel larger than it is, and our young children love looking at themselves in it! So would like to incorporate mirrors in the space somehow, but not these huge ones.

It is in three pieces; frame each. There are peel and stick moldings at Home Depots, amazon, etc. Don't go too skinny. Paint before you apply. Maybe black to go with the fireplace? Choose new art. Move the furniture back, if you can, so the sofas align with the window. That will give you options on what to do on either side of fireplace. You could add floor plans, or a skinny console table...lots of options.
