Judging by the sign it is a catering facility and not a house. What will the building dept. allow you to change? You need an architect to determine what you can actually do to the current structure.

I'd add stone that matches your existing stone walls to the cement wall along the stairs. Then, I'd paint the non-stone parts of the building a color that makes the whole thing cohesive. At present, it looks like you have some existing stone on the building, some yellow-painted breeze block on the right, some pale orange under the porch and to the left, and then some tan cement. None of these colors seem to be planned or coordinated.

It's hard to give advice because the building is hard to see, but cohesive and coordinated would go a long way. So, don't focus on if you want stone cladding. Focus on the entire picture.
