By timber you mean wood flooring? Aus? Anywho where is it going? Where do you have the tile? If the tile is only in the kitchen remove it and do wood everywhere, that transition under the overhang is incredibly awkward

I agree do it all or nothing anytime a transition in floors staraddles 2 spaces the 2 spaces need to have the same floor.

Keep saving until you can get it all done at the same time. It will be well worth it to get the job done right the first time.

If you have an extra tile, take it with you to look for flooring and I would try to get something very similar in color. But my preference would be to get rid of the tile and do one floor throughout.

Why not? There is so few square feet of the tile--not like you're dealing with hundreds of square feet of the stuff. Makes no sense not to replace it if you are replacing the other flooring. And I can guarantee you that you will regret not removing it--likely within hours, if not minutes, of completing the install of the new floors.

Blue in the space just makes the flooring appear more orange. That was a poor choice.

What is Timber Hybrid Flooring? That's a term I have not heard before.
