Does it have an access panel and what is it made of? Wood? Tile?

Our first house had a jetted tub in an alcove with a marble tile apron. The faucets did not work and needed to be replaced. A few tiles needed to be removed /broken for access. Previous owners left no spare tiles in the house. I visited every tile store within a 40 mile radius and found one that had a marble tile that was a 70% match. The plumber was able to change the faucet and replace the tiles, but you could tell there was a "patch" repair.

If you need to replace jet covers, then start with the brand of the tub and contact them. That is usually a pretty simple change sine they should just unscrew.

A faucet will be more difficult. It depends on how it is mounted. Some deck mount units allow for the handles and spouts to be removed more easily than others. You would need to replace the components wit ones from the same brand - if they are still available.
