Sorry but really what are you asking??? I asume this is a realtor set of pics so we need to know your style and so much more info from you . So a list of must haves is a start. The style is really nothing you make the style whatever you want it is just an open floor plan open to all styles .

I would call it open concept since you can see into every room in the whole area even though there is a partial wall.

I call that wall a load bearing wall that has to be there but is oh so annoying. But the furniture layouts in the pictures is perfect. Would not change a thing! If this is not yours than what about recreating it?
