My backyard flagstone patio is uneven and sinking in one section. It was originally installed over sand/gravel and space dust for the spacers. Would it be better to pull all that up and relay more space dust, relay flagstones, and then put space dust in the gaps?
Also, in the winter the flagstones were rising and sinking with the freezing snow.
