You're not finding that off the shelf with any manufacturer. If you truly must replace it because it cannot be prepared you will need to find a local custom millwork shop.

Ah ok then go to your local high end lumberyard (not big box). They will hopefully recognize it. Is there by chance a label on the top of the door slab?

Thank you Halley, unfortunately there is no marker or brand on the bottom or top of the door.

Look for local woodworking shops that might have made this door 20 years ago.

Still., that is a custom door. Been in the window and door business for 40 plus years and have never seen than style.

I swear Ive seen this door before but I can’t find it from my usual vendors. Have you gone to the local better lumberyards? Someone supplies high end homes in your area and they might recognize it.

I have been trying to reach out to local millworkers, but they say they have never seen it, but could make it but for $7,000. Seems a bit steep to me

Sadly it has warped in the lower corner so there is a sizable gap in the winter letting in cold air.

Yup. Could the stops be replaced so they follow the warped door? Not a perfect answer but would cost less than 5k ;)
