It looks dried out. Have you been watering?

I have. I just soaked it in a bucket of water and having it draining on deck. We'll see. Maybe it's because I haven't bottom watered every single time.

Yes, it does look very dry. If potting mix dries out and you water from the top, it tends to just run down the sides and out the bottom of the pot. A good soaking from the bottom and some TLC for a couple week and it should bounce right back.

IMHO, it just looks like a petunia that's been over wintered and has dead leaves at the bottom of the stems. I would cut back one stem and see what happens. If it starts showing new growth, you'll know you can cut back the others. I would cut above the lowest green leaves.

How soon can you get it back outside?
