Those windows should not have shutters at all and what you really need is landscpaing and IMO a darked color for the siding . The roof , if staying with the same siding then the same as you have and then a nice bright color for the actual enty door and please an actual walkway to the front door .

Take down the shutters. They don't fit the windows

Your home needs a driveway and front walk to the entrance

It also needs a lot of landscaping

If the house is blue, then the gray roof works.

We recently bought the house and do plan to update the driveway and will definetly add a walkway. i love the look with no shutters actually! since we unfortunately have to keep the siding for now im concerned that the vinyl may be discolored (darker) underneath the shutters from fading however i have not taken any of them off yet to know for sure.

Much better without the shutters. Stick with gray for the roof. It works with your current siding color and will give you more options when you do change it.
