When thinking of layout function is a primary consideration. This relates to the rest of the space and the outside space. A full floorplan, direction orientation, any views, ceiling heights and family composition contribute to function. More info means better relevance of responses.

Your windows make a bit of a challenge, and I will HOPE you were not planning an island with that 79 1/4" ? For barely adequate clearances you'd be limited to 24 inch depth max, and NO to any stools.

I'd put the sink between the windows....ice, water, fire, and plenty of counter and view for clean up and prep.

What all are you trying to do? You asked for appliance layout suggestions, are you planning anything else for the Kitchen (e.g., peninsula or island)?

If you can't afford this much plumbing, electrical, venting? You can't afford to do a kitchen

I'd assume on a budget you MAY even need a micro above the range, and limited venting, or a slide out hood beneath cabinetry,

We've no clue if you plan to keep the wall at bottom of your drawing, or not.

If an island and the wall remains? You are limited to 24" depth to the island or clearances will be tight.
