Apparently this window style accents the exterior of the home.

wondering why you'd cover the new windows? privacy, light control?

the grommet panels look fine

have you tried spinning the sectional to face the windows, rather than block the new windows?

Why do you think you need blinds? I like the drapes you already have ,but you probably need two more panels to cover the entire window at night.

You already have ton of grids and now want add a ton of horizontal bars with shutters sorry no way IMO Waht is wrong with the drpes you have ? They need to be a ton wider but work . My choice is usually roman blinds but we need to know what you want from the window coverings. Do you need heat and UV control or only privacy ? If heat and UV then solar shades do thta job well and allow you to keep the view , give you daytime privacy and I usaully use drapes for night time privacy but please no matter what no heavy shutters .

Shutters will darken the room.

Pirouette- Shades See below

Shades are also and option

Your french pleat curtains look fine but should be hung closer to the ceiling moulding. If you want to install additional window covering, natural fibre roman shades would look nice.

Agree with Patricia Colwell . first of all, need to know your focus.

So, you prefer the privacy at night. there lots of blackout blinds for options, roller blinds, zebra blinds, shangrila blinds, honeycomb blinds. ...DEPEND ON which style you prefer.
