I'd remove the shutters and paint the gable, the front posts, and garage door a brick tone to unify the look. Paint the front door a color you love... blue?

Is that artificial stone around the front door? Looks cheesy. I wonder how big a job it would be to remove it and put up matching siding there.

I'm posting this photo because, like your house, it has a lot of different elements, but it looks unified. Here's how to give your house a harmonious look--I'm repeating some of what the other Commenters said:

Hire a garden designer to plan much better landscaping and hardscaping. You don't have to do it all at once, but some deeper curved beds on the left would pull the eye away from the garage.

Is that a paver path? It looks too close to the house. I would put steps in from the porch that faces the front and move the path out to align with those steps and then make a planting bed between the path and house and fill in with some evergreen bushes and some color plantings that are perennials. The stair part that is currently there I would use a bush near it to have to bush grow over that part as it would be too hard to remove as they look part of the porch. You could put some planters along the edge to cover that part from the porch side as well. Then I'd also enlarge the bed to the left of the house.
