Should I be worried about my mango tree?

Hello,
My adolfo mango tree hasn't been looking too good lately. And it hasn't grown taller in the past 3-4 years (I think it's about 7 or 8 years old now). I live in the Brentwood/Oakley/Antioch/Pittsburg, California area.
There's a lot of brown/shrively leaves, and a lot of holes in the leaves. I assume this isn't good/normal?
