Weird Bathroom Needs Help

The previous owner of our house tried to update our master 3/4 bath with totally different styles and colors/tones that I was going to slowly update to become more cohesive, but now we are moving so I need quick and easy fixes to appeal to buyers and I’m really struggling.

I have already replaced the light fixtures with brushed nickel and have purchased matching sink and shower faucets/hardware.
I also removed old sliding mirrored closet doors (large closet right of vanity) and a rustic unfinished barn door that hung above the shower/toilet area because closing it blocked the built in vanity drawers.

I honestly don’t even know where to start.

I wouldn’t want to put too much money into it if you plan to resell.
I’d scrape the popcorn ceiling since that’s an easy DIY , and potentially paint the floor tile.
Otherwise, keeping it nice clean and organized is probably your best choice

I would either paint the walls trim, and vanity all white or all the grey of the diamond dot in the tile and call it done. That yellowish color in there now is not working. And if you can't scrape the popcorn, or that's a normal ceiling in your area, paint with with flat paint. Shiny and bumpy is a bad combo. The get a dark gray bath rug to match the shower tiles for the vanity area and some white towels.

Get the carpet out of those closets, and paint everything in there white and get new bifold doors for the big closet. And keep the big closet empty while you are showing it to sell.

Seeing masking tape everywhere, it looks like you're getting ready to paint the room. I suggest a warm white such as BM White Dove all over but in different finishes. Matte for ceiling and walls, satin for trim and doors. Since you're selling I wouldn't do anything more, just make sure everything is tidy and clean.

YOU bought it when the bathroom was in worse shape. Someone else will too . Tidy and clean is the way to go.

Paint all of the yellow walls a light grey. Add a grey and white rug in front of the sink. Get new bi-fold doors. Purchase new fluffy white towels. Clean really well.

The yellow walls are accenting the pink in the tile as is the gray cabinet. Paint the walls white and paint the cabinet navy.

If you're painting the cabinet I suggest a charcoal that will be in the same tones as the tiles in the adjacent shower.

It is difficult to know the exact colors when looking at computer or phone screens.

On my computer the shower looks more brown than charcoal. This computer sometimes has a bit too much yellow. I didn't want brown next to the flooring, but I do agree with the charcoal if the tiles are charcoal. Navy if they are more brown.
