Cambria Lakedale Quartz - Matte or Polished

last year

I am considering Cambria Lakedale Quartz for my kitchen and was wondering if anyone has feedback about it (and if you have matte vs polished). We cook just about all of our meals at home and do not want to immediately worry about every tiny spill or drop of water staining/leaving water marks. I read significant negative feedback on Houzz in older posts about Cambria quartz water/other stains (and especially issues with darker/black matte Cambria quartz). I am wondering if a light background like Lakedale is more forgiving and if there are any more recent experiences/feedback with Lakedale or lighter background Cambria quartz. (I have another quartz brand in the bathrooms, and we really have to baby them and immediately wipe every water drop and they still have some minor water stains that do not budge. This would not work in our heavy use kitchen). I also do not want to spray non-food safe cleaners on kitchen countertops ... Thank you so much!
