Storage needed for entryway with weird dimensions

Need ideas to better utilize the space for things we keep right by the front door for dogs and guests. We have a coatroom on the other side of the hallway where the kids leave backpacks and sports equipment. This is clutter heaven and gross entryway pic

Is there another area to store some sports equipment (garage/basement) as that alone should free up space for the minimal items at the door.. Reconfiguring, editing, reorganizing the coat room is key. Can you provide a picture.

Looks like there is a radiator…would a small unit fit there so dog’s leash and miscellaneous items are handy….but out of sight.

I haven’t stopped in here in a while, I hope you are getting notifications. It would be helpful to know what’s in the picture besides the coat tree. What do you need to store? What are the weird dimensions? Is this the only door you take the dog out from? Why do the kids keep their stuff out of sight but the adults and dog can’t?

Show the "coat room" and a drawing of its dimensions and take a picture of its interior. Inform as well, do you have a garage, and if so, show the interior of that as well.

When you add new photos, please add one with all the stuff by the door removed. But given the tiny dimensions and radiator, you are not going to fit much there. Maybe a shelf with hooks to hang the leashes and a radiator cover, if feasible. Your coatroom (with maybe a overhaul) is probably a better choice for all the stuff by the door and your guests coats.
