My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Countertop install - what to look for

last year

We are having our soapstone countertops installed tomorrow. The stone company is not a soapstone specialist (our options were very limited since we are semi rural) but our (excellent) contractor has a longstanding relationship with them. The templating process and discussion of radii, seams etc. went fine.


What possible issues should we keep an eye out for?
