Need ideas for curb appeal!

We are in the process of purchasing this house and we are looking to get some ideas as to what we can do to help with curb appeal.

We know that we want to paint the house a different color but are unsure what would look good with the tan roof.

Honestly, the current color really doesn’t bother me.
If you want a change I’d sample some navy blue colors.
I think for the biggest impact I would change the garage door and add lots a landscaping.

Some type of large shallow front step would help the appearance of the entry.

The color now, goes good with the roof, and looks nice. What your house is lacking is landscaping and some bits of color. Put in some new nice landscaping, in curved beds and add some bright colored pots, of flowers here and there. Congratulations on your new home.

Unless the current paint job is chipping/peeling/old, then don't waste money repainting right now. Work on getting a landscape plan in place and do as much as budget allows.

Two suggestions - replace the existing garage door with one that has lites (windows) in it. The other suggestion is landscaping. There really isn't any in place now. With such a simple form you could really use landscaping to accentuate what is there. Good luck!

Landscaping will be transformative. I would frame out the wrought iron roof support and make solid white as shown in mock up that lisedv provided, and add a larger, decorative light next to the door.
