There are a collection of roses that are called the "Painter" series that are named after impressionist painters. Coincidentally, they are also striped with various colors. The two that I can think of that are red/white striped are Edgar Degas and Henri Matisse. Roses Unlimited sells Edgar, not sure who has Henri. There are some painters series roses out at big box stores like Home Depot, and Camille Pissarro or Alfred Sisley are also largely red/white with some other colors mixed in.

I haven't grown Imperatrice Farah (someone on the forum has, though)...it's a stunner, and if it had fragrance I'd buy one if I could find one. I still sometimes think I'd get it even without fragrance...which speaks a lot to its beauty.

Abracadabra, Crazy Fashion, Neil Diamond, Rock and Roll and Scentimental are a few more red and white striped roses. It is a fun idea, although bear in mind that they can look indistinct and muddy from a distance and that most tend to be a pinkish red. It might be better to choose just one or two strongly bi-coloured roses and plant them in multiples. Perhaps add a few pure white and pure red roses to your scheme too?
