We need to see the style of the furnishings in the room. What would Bamboo be complementing? When you say bamboo do you mean woven woods???

Are you thinking bamboo roll up shades or roman shades. Those shades are open or closed. There is no way to control the light with bamboo

More photos of the space and adjacent spaces would be helpful for pro's to advise if bamboo/woven wood shades would be a good choice. If you currently have those upper blinds open all the time, then you could have woven wood up there with no lining, and for lower windows include a lining. They don't come cheap, fyi.

If you don’t need the shades for privacy, I’d do something brown/ bamboo like but in a curtain. So just 2 swatches of material on either side of the set of windows and leave the rest empty or put a simple roller shade.

I think the space needs curtains. Not heavy blinds…

I hate bamboo blinds thy always look cheap IMO . What do you need from the window coverings? I like solar shades to control the heat and uv of the sun I use them on my west wal window for exactly that purpose .I like them becuase they do that job but let you keep the view , which in your case seems worth keeping. Seeing the whole space can certainly help us to understand your style. I really dislke drapery panels that are fake and can never close but I do use drapes with solor shades if nightime privacy is a big deal but from what I can see that is not an issue for you. I really need to see the whole space so post those pics here in a comment
