tub inside or outside the shower? You choose…

I know it’s on trend to have a large shower with a tub in it. I’m designing a bathroom for a lux flip and wondering if I should splurge to make a big shower with the tub in it for resale value, but if you’re a bath person, would that be your favorite place to take it? Pick your favorite tub space:

Outside. Cleaning around a tub is enough of a PITA without having to jockey around it inside a glass shower enclosure.
