Maybe navy and white floral pattern if you are trying to bring the navy in this room for that other room. I think all solid throw pillows would be too much navy for this bed.

navy is too dark, even if you have other navy pieces. The bedding is very soft, navy just makes it look like black dots. Post photos.

No navy for sure. I have found that shams are kind of a pain, so now when i dress a bed I use four sleeping pillows ,set one on top of the other, and then just add a pretty, small decorative pillow. I love your choices, especially the scalloped sheets and pillowcases. Add a darker slate blue blanket or quilt for contrast.
