Help with pool decking question

last year

Design help question. We are mid pool construction and trying to make some final decisions on decking. Originally we were going to go with concrete but have decided to go with pavers for several reasons. We already have a stamped concrete patio (that we hate bc the stamped concrete alway looks bad/faded and has to be re-done constantly) as well as an additional patio/fire pit we added a few years ago. We were hoping to keep those and have the coping of the pool tie and now pavers tie the whole thing together so it looked cohesive and less piece meal. However, the company who makes our current pavers apparently didn’t make coping our large enough pavers in the exact color so we chose a different paver that is definitely more grey than the reddish tone of our current patio. Now we are looking at pavers for decking but will also be placed over the stamped concrete so we don’t have to deal with that any more. My question is…do you think we should do the decking and cover the stamped patio area and leave the other fire pit area as is with different pavers? Will that look wonky? Pull it up and just have patio and pool area? Re-do entire thing 🤢?

Here are some pics of the current situation which is a little hard to photograph bc we are in the middle of a monsoon.

Also attached a pick of the coping (large brick), color of current brick pavers (small brick) and anticipated pavers for pool decking along with thr mock up of the original plan.
