Primary Bedroom Layout Help!

Hi everyone! We are doing a full gut renovation and this is the new footprint for our primary bedroom.

I cannot find a layout to work with the existing windows and everything we want. I am hoping to get some inspiration please and thank you! IF we can make it work, our dream list is the following:

shower with dual shower heads, preferably at least 84" x 42"

separate water closet 3'x5' is minimum for code

double vanities at least 96" total or his and hers

walk in closet accessed from the en suite bathroom

primary bedroom large enough for a king bed with 24" nightstands on either side. Not concerned with the bedroom needing to be massive since we are there to sleep, but thinking at least 12' for the wall where the bed will go up against. No furniture other than bed and nightstands. Our goal is to not have to move the existing window if possible since patching a brick home doesn't look the best from the exterior but if we need to we will. The door into the bedroom can be moved along that hallway as needed. Thank you so much!

One idea is the bathroom at the top, with the oversize shower in the jog, the long vanity along the adjacent bedroom wall, and the toilet next to the right side exterior wall. This would leave about 12 or 13 feet below for the king size bed. No room for a walk-in closet, but there could be 2 reach-in closets opposite the bed, which would have the benefit of more or less centering the window in the bedroom. As asides, the door swing into the space should be reversed, and I would strongly urge that a window be added in the bath.

@Patricia Colwell Consulting the plumbing will be placed anywhere we want. it has to be moved anyways for this room and the kitchen and a few other areas so that is not a concern.

Here are the two location to think about but you may have to give up something like the 8 ft vanity and down to 7ft and maybe give up accessing the closet from the bathroom. The third pic is a suggestion for the water closet location outside the bathroom but accessible with a pocket door from the bathroom if you need the extra square footage for everything else.

Please show the entire renovation. Both the existing condition, and your planned renovation. DIMENSIONS ON ALL is extremely helpful.

THE BEDROOM suite does not live in the house next door; it lives in the house you HAVE: ) right?

Believe me it is a concern always so talk to your plumber to understand what is possible you still will need to hook into the original sewer unless you plan digging up the whole yard to get the sewer changed . The whole floorplan of that level please and also I agree a look at what was there before Post here in comments . We need to know where stairs are if this is 2nd floor . Way to much info missing .

The OP has made it clear that the plumbing can go anywhere. End of story. And we don't need to know where the stairs are to respond to her questions. And I would STRONGLY suggest that the OP NOT post the entire renovation here if she wants to concentrate on the bedroom layout. Sometimes too much information is just that, too much information. It's quite possible to focus on the OP's questions without knowing what's going on in the rest of the house.

Sorry but often homeowners do not ask questions about major issues and believe me plumbing in a reno is a huge issue usually. Unless this house is being ripped down and the lot excavated the plumbing is an issue . Of course the stair position is important and you chould know better . I have owned a renovation company for 20+ years and plumbing is always an issue . No space is designed in a vacuum that is why we ask for more info . This op does not even want to change windows so please lets get real info here .
