Mirror is quite large, so consider doing wall decor that helps balance it and the short toilet.

Only do it in the color of the vanity.

I agree the mirror looks a bit big but I did look up what size to get on many websites and this is what was recommended.

You might consider some shelves or artwork for over the toilet. Here is a recent bathroom design we did for a client, which might help some.
