We have a 15’ x 10’ , 2-story entryway and have had a chandelier hanging in it for 20 years. I like it, but in recent years have seen fewer and fewer chandeliers in our Midwest town. I’ve attached a photo of the living room that leads into our foyer, and another photo shows how the fouer leads into our kitchen. We like clean lines in our furnishings, and I’d describe our home’s design as transitional. Is it time for a new light, and if so, what would you suggest? I don’t like fabric-tiered lights or wagon-wheel style.
