What is your budget? Bath that size is 60k+. Can the bedroom door move? You need more storage- more counter level storage or a linen closet?

Moving tolilets is rarely simple The angled tub has to go . The rest will need a lot more info. The door can be made to swing out which BTW IMO is abetter choice for bathrooms usually. THis needs to be well thought out before you do one thing . The best here is a to scale floor plan done on graph paper showing every window, in this case toilet , doorways where those lead and every measurement clearly marked Post it here in jpeg format in a comment.

If this is your master do you need double sinks? If so, would suggest you lengthen the vanity across the entire wall, move the shower elsewhere and eliminate the tub altogether.

For 20k (which sounds like a lot but not when it comes to bathrooms) remove the tub, put a sink and counter on the wall to the left of the window using the tub plumbing. Re tile the floor. Leave the shower.

^^^agree. Hard to say if even 20k will cover 2 new vanity’s, mirror, lights etc so best to get your vetted GC in to troubleshoot as you may wish to match the existing vanity and top in order to only do one new one (with a remnant granite to match).

A counter surface is not storage space!

I have drawers and a recessed medicine cabinet for storage. The only thing on my vanity counter is the hand soap dispenser and a tissue box.

is the plan to leave all plumbing in existing locations? will you salvage anything? Real needs vs wants...

The footprint is small, but you have all the major players in place:

- You have a sensible single sink, allowing each spouse a couple drawers. Since you want more storage, duplicating the sink would be a mis-step.

- The colors around the sink are -- unfortunate /not friends with one another, but that's an easy change.

- I woudn't have dedicated THAT MUCH space to the tub, but -- since it's already installed -- I wouldn't change it.

- I'd leave everything "in place" and give the room a face-lift. 20K will do that, but it will not change plumbing.

- Don't try to change the floor tiling -- that's real work and money, and what you have is simple /basic /can absorb your new changes.

- Change the light fixture over the sink.

- Change the shower door -- perhaps for a curtain since you have little color and pattern.

- Where do you hang shower towels? I don't see a good way to fix that.

And for storage:

- Add a train rack above the toilet to hold towels.

- Add a concealed medicine cabinet on each side of the sink to take care of your "counter storage" -- these are nice: https://www.concealedcabinet.com/ 

- Add a pretty cabinet just outside the bathroom.
