Help Please want to put a porch in front

Hello
I have two vents coming out the front of my house.
One from the up stairs bathroom and one from the lower level bathroom. I want to put a front porch over the vents with composite decking. If I can find a hose to route them from under the deck and out the side would that be ok?
Thanks in advance

That’s a vent? Looks like an insulated cover over a hose bib to me.

Exactly how far above these items will the new porch floor be?
