A number of the primocanes on my raspberries have wilted, turned brown, and bent over in a shepherds hook type shape. From my research I concluded it was fire-blight so I removed the wilted canes. However, I keep finding canes like the ones in these pictures that are bending over just like the wilted one's. I've been clipping these out as well assuming that this is early stage fire-blight.

Can anyone confirm if my diagnosis is correct and if I'm taking the correct approach here.

Also are these curling leaves early stage fireblight? Should I remove them too, or is this just some other leaf curl, no big deal type thing?
