Marvin Essential vs Elevate - Large Mulled Assembly

last month

We have a large window assembly (5W2H) in our living room (~12' x 7') that need to be replace due to rot. We've narrowed it down to a company that has provided us with quotes for the Marvin Essential and Elevate line. The two quotes are practically identical, since we'd need extension jambs and reinforced mulling for the Essential windows.

From what I can tell, each has one advantage over the other:

The Essential line makes a larger casement picture window, so all of the windows in that assembly would have the same glazing profile. For the Elevate option, the picture window would be direct glaze and have a slightly difference sight line. It's a 72" x 72" window, so it may not be too noticeable.

The rest of the windows in our house have a wood interior, so it would be more cohesive to go with the Elevate.

So my main question is what would you do? Is there anything that I may be overlooking?

An additional question is what do you think of the new design we've settled on? Thanks!
