I like a low profile option for limited spaces. It's the biggest piece in the room, keep it simple.

Especially a single cushion, (no one wants to sit on the Crack).

The 3 cushion. I prefer seat cushions with pocketed springs for long-term shape retention and comfort. Latex for foam.

It is the LR and DR in thta space ? IMO even the long one will be a bit large if you want a DR in thta space . Have you actually sat on the sofa ? You will for sure not have space for anythng larger and the chair needs to be in scale with the sofa so make sure those pieces will allow a DR . If no DR no problem . I actaully loike 2 cushion sofas with cushions that can be swapped from time to time to have all wear equally and the odd time the middle split is used it works fine . I do think the piece you show looks a lot nicer to sit on than the one cushion one example

Thank you all for your advice and wisdom @Lyn Nielson @dan1888 @Patricia Colwell Consulting! I brought out a tape measure and now feel that the three-seater may be a tad too big for the space.

It will be my living room only so I may be able to make it work but would prefer a bit more space for 1-2 side chairs. I'm torn on the idea of a bench cushion vs. the two-seater as I like the idea that a bench cushion appears more welcoming for more than two guests without the obvious split but the split option does seem more comfortable to me at first glance. I'll give it more thought and I welcome any additional thoughts! Thank you again!

Have you considered doing one small apartment sized sofa and then using two chairs instead? You might find that works a lot better than two small sofas. Below are just a few images from our designs we have done for clients. Please note the sofa and the chairs.
