You can use a 24" undermount with interior dimensions of 21 x 18 placed to one side using a strap mount like a Hercules. The other side of the cabinet can be trash pullout or other storage. That sink is plenty large enough to wash anything you use for cooking, etc. You will get more counter space with that sink. It can also go in a 24" base and allow wider drawer cabinets in the run. Gains you 9 added inches to work with. 33 and 36" sink bases are a holdover from the pre dishwasher days when every kitchen was designed with a double sink. Today literally no kitchen gets one but the old software defaults to that.
