Living room Layout suggestions

Hi,

I've recently renovated my flat and need help designing my living room(recepreception room). I'm hoping to use it for both hosting guests and dining. I'm also considering converting bedroom 3 into a study instead of a dedicated dining room – is this a good idea? Any layout suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Please post pictures of the room from all angles for us. That will help a lot. How many guests do you want to accommodate? Depending on what will work in the living room, you may want to keep the 3rd bedroom as a dining room until you see what works for you. Looks like you have a fireplace in the living room. If so, pictures and measurements of the fireplace will also help.
