What wrong with my air handler?

Bought a new house and it has two zone AC setting. Each AC unit has a condenser outside that generates and delivers cold air to air handler who then push the cold air via vent to rooms.

Downstairs unit works perfectly. In upstair, the air handler click and blow air on and off in every a few second, creating a weakened air flow from the vent. This happens when I set AC control as cold and fan auto; but the handler works normally and delivers constant and strong air flow when I set AC control as off and fan on.

any idea whats going on here?

Bought a new house and it has two zone AC setting.

If it was new construction home it should have a warranty from the builder.

If it's just new to you pre-existing constructed home then you'll need to find a service provider.

It appears that there may be ?? an improperly wired and / or improperly configurated thermostat.

Just curious. What happens if you change fan from "auto" to "on"?

And how about switching the system to Cool, and on the far right from Off to On?

It's cloudy with a lot of ozone between my house and yours but the best I can make out is a mouse in your air handler. I'm not sure whether to recommend calling pest control or hvac repair.

It's hard to read the labels below the display but that turns the Schedule on and off.

thanks for all your comments. i sepnt a lot of time digging in Sensi user forum because someone gave me a lead that could be an incorrect wire setup... i end up reset the Sensi Control panel and everything went back to normal.
